I come from a background in health and fitness so I understand how important it is to feel and look your best.
I am inspired to share my knowledge and passion to help you, ladies and gentlemen, to look and feel your best.
I am a qualified MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) massage therapist, also trained in several massage types and therapies, allowing me to specialise in offering specialised services to clients across the Midlands, from our clinics in Nottingham and Birmingham. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
You will feel at ease and supported from your first consultation all the way through your journey of achieving your body goals and becoming the best version of YOU!
