MLD MASTER CLASS TRAINING AGREEMENT (DIGITAL SIGNATURE)

This Training Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between Midland Contour Academy (“Academy”) and the undersigned student (“Student”) for enrollment in the MLD Master Class Training Program.

1. Purpose of Training

The Academy agrees to provide specialized professional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques. This training includes proprietary educational materials, demonstrations, hands-on instruction, and intellectual property owned by Midland Contour Academy.

2. Enrollment & Tuition

By electronically signing this Agreement, Student enrolls in the MLD Master Class Training and agrees to pay all required tuition, fees, and associated costs as published or invoiced by the Academy.

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of training unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Academy.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Midland Contour Academy are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes but is not limited to:

Tuition

Deposits

Registration fees

Rescheduling fees

No refunds will be given for cancellation, failure to attend, missed classes, dismissal for misconduct, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

4. NO TRANSFER OF MATERIALS

All course materials, manuals, videos, recordings, worksheets, techniques, and methods provided during the MLD Master Class Training are the exclusive intellectual property of Midland Contour Academy.

The Student may not copy, record, photograph, scan, share, sell, teach, post online, distribute, upload, or transfer any materials or techniques to any individual or entity.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from training, termination of certification, and legal action.

5. Use of Training

The Student is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the training solely for their personal professional practice. Teaching, certifying, or training others using Midland Contour Academy materials or methods is prohibited without prior written authorization.

6. Confidentiality

All course content is confidential and proprietary. Any disclosure or misuse constitutes a breach of this Agreement and theft of intellectual property.

7. Certification

Certification is granted only upon successful completion of the full training, satisfaction of all performance requirements, compliance with Academy policies, and adherence to this Agreement. The Academy reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification.

8. Dismissal

The Academy may remove any Student for misconduct, disruption, dishonesty, or breach of this Agreement. Dismissal does not entitle the Student to a refund.

9. Liability Waiver

The Student acknowledges that hands-on bodywork training involves physical activity and assumes full responsibility for participation. The Student releases Midland Contour Academy, its owners, instructors, and staff from liability for injury or loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Midland Contour Academy operates.
